Monterey Bay, California, May 13, 2015 – The New Self-Health Movement announced that the organization is offering two ‘Simple Solutions for Solid Health’ retreats in the fall, this year. The primary goal of the retreats is to help people discover how to take charge and reconnect with their own health and well-being. The first retreat will be held from September 25th to 28th, 2015 and the second retreat will be held from October 2nd to 5th, 2015. Both retreats will take place for four days and three nights in Asilomar Conference Center, in the Monterey Bay area of California.

During each day of the retreat, there will be a plethora of activities to partake in, from sunrise yoga and meditation overlooking the Pacific Ocean, to nature bathing, and to a choice of breakout sessions, led by health coaches.
