Tangy Granny Smith Kale Smoothie

Looking for a quick, easy breakfast or pick me up snack? This is a great way to get in a few servings of fruits and vegetables!


1 Cup water
2 Granny Smith apples, seeded and cut into chunks
2 Cups baby kale
1 Frozen banana

Combine all ingredients and blend in blender until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass or mason jar and drink up!
